I have weekly meetings & I use one note per meeting. I type the date & time, the attendees and then take a few notes. I use the same note the next week as it helps that I can see my notes from previous weeks.

It would be convenient to if there was a button that would paste the date & time at my cursor point.. It would save me working it out and typing it.
