If it could run on a surface pro style tablet , it would be a very efficient tool that i will use without hesitation. I'm looking forward to buy the new dell venue 8 tablet. If combined with a windows 8.1 version of momonote, it will fufill my need as a manager

Instead of making an offline software version, please make an offline Chrome package. It will be much easier. And you already the basics.

I will purchase momonote if there are offline PC software!!!!
I still do not trust cloud sync even though it is convienient.
I cherish my privacy.

Yes, please. Hope this is coming soon. I see the suggestion has been here for 2 years now! Although I think the online web client is fine (though a bit of updating would be good) I do feel worried that I don't have an offline safe version if Google or Momo went offline. I am very quickly becoming quite depend on this amazing app so I hope it will last!
